  • Purpose: To introduce students interested in majoring in mathematics to the experience of doing mathematics using rigorous logical and quantitative reasoning.
  • Textbook: An introduction to mathematical reasoning: numbers, sets, and functions, by Peter J. Eccles. Cambridge University Press.
